Drum Majors and Captains lead band and Guard in littler line on field and in stadium. Clean up volunteers verify stands are clean and clean up at the top of the stadium. Bring tables and chairs back to NHS lobby . Clean up of snack shack is done by Food Prep/Serve volunteers, but help is needed loading cars, etc.
Food Prep/Serve - Snack Shack - Shift 1

Pull out and set up of tents, tables, chairs, lights, and electrical cords.
Signs Set Up - Shift 1
Committee Lead: Dianna Pategas
Put up sandwich board signs and all other signs inside school and outside at Stadium.
Judges' & Visiting Staff Hospitality Areas
Set up tablecloths, paper goods, drinks and food for judges in judges' area and visiting staff in hospitality area. Clean both areas at the end of the night. Volunteers need to be there for set up and Judges' dinner (2:00-4:30), refresh snacks, etc. in both areas throughout the night and clean up from 9:30-10:30. This job is set up for 3 people to share the task over the course of the event.

Run materials back and forth to Judges.
Welcome - Meet & Greet
Committee Lead: Yolanda Hampton
Greet buses in front of school. Hand out welcome packet. Stamp hands of students, allow Pit ensemble to disembark and use restrooms in the front lobby (masks required). Instruct buses to proceed to F Wing lot for parking and that is where band members may use the restrooms.
Spectator Parking & Signs - Shift 1

Manage the flow of spectator and equipment vehicles into and out of the parking areas throughout the event.
Truck Parking

Manage truck parking and assist with visiting ensemble unloading and loading logistics in the Junior Lot

Sell Airgrams with candy – One or two people sell in the stands and 1-2 people stay at the table and sell. Airgrams get grouped and taken to the booth to be read before performance.
